Option I - Hire the Consultants to come to your municipality for full service.
Whether your Police Department is large or small, has sufficient manpower or lacking manpower, we will appraise your situation and tailor a plan to fit your needs and get a program up and running.
- We come to your city/municipality and spend as much time as needed to get the operation up and running. The Consultants will evaluate the degree of problematic areas and tailor a plan to fit your needs.
- Consultants will address all rollcalls and advise as to what we are about to do. This allows everyone to become knowledgeable as to the scope of the operation.
- Consultants will help select a specific number of officers who want to be assigned to this Special Unit.
- Consultants will train all Unit officers in proper deployment techniques, to include equipment usage and other necessary areas of operation, based on our training manual.
- Consultants will address all Command Staff members as to their part in this operation, as well as how to interact with Unit members.
- Our extensive Operation Clean Sweep training manual will also be included and provided to a designated individual for use and reference once the operation is up and running.
- After the operation is up and running properly, the Consultants will be available periodically at their discretion as needed to assist and oversee the continuing operation.
Option II - Hire the Consultants for a training session.
The Consultants come to your city/municipality for a limited amount of time to train your designated “Trainers.”
- Your Trainers will then pass on the training to the officers selected for the special unit. Our comprehensive manual and officer's training manual will be issued for easy reference.
- The Consultants will have no other active role in setting up and running your operation.
