- We come to your city/municipality and spend as much time as needed to get the operation up and running. The Consultants will evaluate the degree of problematic areas and tailor a plan to fit your needs.
- Consultants will address all rollcalls and advise as to what we are about to do. This allows everyone to become knowledgeable as to the scope of the operation.
- Consultants will help select a specific number of officers who want to be assigned to this Special Unit.
- Consultants will train all Unit officers in proper deployment techniques, to include equipment usage and other necessary areas of operation, based on our training manual.
- Consultants will address all Command Staff members as to their part in this operation, as well as how to interact with Unit members.
- Our extensive Operation Clean Sweep training manual will also be included and provided to a designated individual for use and reference once the operation is up and running.
- After the operation is up and running properly, the Consultants will be available periodically at their discretion as needed to assist and oversee the continuing operation.
